Nicholas Latiffi in his Williams FW43 at Turn 9 at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya during the Formula 1 Pre-Season Testing 2020 in the Rokit livery Williams car that will never officially start a Formula 1 race in those colours.
So what happened here was that after the 2020 Pre-Season Tests Rokit Phones broke the contract with Williams F1 as main sponsor of the Team, so we only saw this blue/red/white livery in pre-season.
